Confidence, patience and positivity
There's loads of topics I could talk about these days. When the world is full of crazy people and terrific incidents which definitely make you think. And maybe that's exactly why I'm writing these words. Are you happy the way you live your life? If you hate your body, job, relationship or generally the way you live, don't you think you're the only one who can change it? And if so, what are your waiting for?
It's all about the confidence, patience and positive thinking.
Believe it or not, it's true. Whatever situation life brings you, if you can keep calm and positive, things will get better. No matter what part of my life I'm thinking about, it simply applies on everything. Relationships, work, fitness...
Confidence, patience and positive thinking are the three most important words I have to keep remind to myself and today I decided to share with you why.
We all have dreams and goals we want to reach. But what are you actually willing to do to make them come true? What are you willing to sacrifice, how much time and effort you gonna put in it? Nothing will change unless you will get out of your comfort zone and make it happen. To make things happen, you have to believe in them. Only if you believe in your dreams you can make them become true and show everyone that you can make it happen. For that, you will need exactly what I said in the beginning of this article. You have to be confident, whatever it is you want to achieve, that you can. Once you believe in it, you have to be patient and stay positive. No matter what you're doing, there always be time when things will go wrong, when people will tell you to stop or give it up. Remember, it doesn't matter if you believe it's what you want, ignore all them negative comments, all the "what if" scenarios and just follow your heart (and brain, obviously).
If it's your goal to loose weight, do it. Your way! Don't listen to people who will tell you that you can't, that you'll never have that sexy, and what's way more important healthier body. Remember, it's how much effort, patience and positive thinking you will put in it. Think about it as a lifetime change, think about your future, how do you want to feel not just how do you wanna look. Get into healthy eating (no I'm not encouraging you to go for any crazy short term diets which won't work, trust me on this one!) and exercise! Working out makes you feel way better in many ways. Find out what you love and stick with it. Yoga, Pilates, running, box, weights (no, don't worry, women don't "bulk" ;)), whatever you will choose and enjoy, go for it. Start slowly and make it your lifestyle. And any more questions or comments about this topic, please don't hesitate to message me :)) Let's get back to the original topic.
So, if you want to change your job or start working in totally different field, what would I say? Go for it! Do not listen to people trying to stop you and do not let the fear win against your passion. At the end of the day, you will be the one doing it, you will be the one who needs to love the work you're doing, not them! Sometimes it might seems it is not the best paid job or the most exciting work you could imagine, but that's okay if it will help you to get you closer to your dream. Of course, there will be days when you will be questioning your decision and days when you'll not like what you have to do but if you are, generally speaking, happy with your job it will be obvious for everyone around you and so much easier for you to do that job.
As I mentioned before, you can apply this in every aspect of your life. No relationship is never gonna work if you won't believe in it, you sometimes have to patient to get it to the stage where you want and you constantly need to keep thinking about it in positive way.
"Do what you love and love what you do" is one of my absolutely favorite quotes. Life will never be easy, it will never goes according to your plan and there will always be something what is gonna make you slow down in that process of getting where you want to. But the journey is what matters. You will change your plans as you'll go, slightly, as we all do. My suggestion? Make sure you spend as much time as possible with people who make you feel happy and support you. Connect yourself with people who are same as you (or as you would like to be). Confident, patient, optimistic and full of positive energy. I can tell you, it really works!
